Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring surfboards are padded to prevent transit damage and all tags remain attached to apparel or accessories.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
