How long does shipping take for a new surfboard?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. For custom shapes or out-of-stock models, lead times can range from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturing cycle.
What is your return policy on surfboards?
We accept returns on unused surfboards in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that once a board has been waxed or ridden, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most coastal regions worldwide. International shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the dimensions of the board.
How do I choose the right volume and technology for my skill level?
We recommend using our online Volume Calculator to find your ideal literage. You can also filter our collection by technology, such as TimberTek or Helium, depending on whether you prioritize durability or lightweight performance.
What happens if my board arrives damaged?
All shipments are fully insured. If your board arrives with shipping damage, please take photos immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
Are fins included with the purchase of a surfboard?
To allow riders to customize their setup, our surfboards are sold without fins. However, we offer a wide range of FCS II and Futures compatible fins available for purchase separately.
